For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. - Matthew 18:20
What are your services like?
How are you handling COVID-19 and safety?
How should I dress?
Do you offer new visitor greeting?
Where do I go once I get there?
Where do I take my children?
Am I expected to participate in the offering?
What do you believe?
What kind of music do you use?
How do I get to know people?
Will there be Communion?
Are the buildings handicap accessible?
Do you have any special needs accommodations?
Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God. - Romans 15:7
Plan Your Visit
First time at Spokane Baptist?
Don’t want to go alone?
Or maybe you’ve been a few times but you’d like to ask a few questions, tour the property, or connect with a pastor?
Everyone has their own comfort level when visiting a church for the first time, and we want to do everything we can to make your visit as stress free as possible.
Schedule your visit now and we will:
Introduce you around
Get your kids registered in advance and help you get them checked-in
Save you a seat in service
Introduce you to our Lead Pastor
So schedule your visit right now. We can’t wait to meet you!
Of course, if you’d prefer to just come check out a service on your own, we’d love for you to do that also!
When you arrive, you can either just head straight to the Sanctuary (see the Visitor Map), or stop by the Welcome Desk where the friendly Welcome Host will help you navigate our church, get kids to the right place, and answer any questions you may have.
What to Expect
Here's some of the common things you can expect to find when you visit:
Biblical, relevant teaching that makes God's Word understandable.
Singing traditional hymns as well as a variety of special music.
A safe, fun, Jesus-centered environment for your kids.
Service begins with a 30 minute ‘Family Time’ of hymns, announcements, and exciting updates on current church ministries. There’s a 5-10 minute intermission, then a Scripture reading and a biblical sermon that is usually about an hour long.
A light lunch that is served right after the service. This is a great chance to get to know some people!
Friendly volunteers ready to answer any questions that you may have.
